I putter along at a nice relaxed mhz on a p2 chip. I’ve read from people using faster Pentium III CPUs on their boards that it comes up with an error message on boot complaining about the cpu not being supported. The SEBX is still a decent performer nonetheless, all BX motherboards perform within a few percent of each other when clocked at the same speed so Business Winstone scores shouldn’t be the deciding factor in whether or not you purchase this motherboard. My current bios is P Guess we can put this to rest.

The SC can handle Cumines. Older ‘PII only’ controllers can’t.
